CCPL - Gruppo industriale cooperativo

This is the division of CCPL that deals with integrated services such as global service and multiservice, installations and maintenance through Gesta, Arcoservizi and Getech.
Gesta deals with large-scale public and private customers throughout the whole of Italy, where it works as a foremost facility management provider. It also runs other, non-core business activities for public authorities and large concerns with which important agreements have been reached, such as the one that covers the management and care of all the property assets of the Province of Genoa and the agreement with Iren, which led to the creation of a joint-venture in the field of renewable energy sources.

Arcoservizi provides consultancy and assistance services for installations and systems in the private housing sector of the vast urban areas of northern Italy. It is also interested in the new “middle client” target and in medium sized private companies that require Global Service activities. Designing and installing technological systems for air conditioning, running and servicing power systems and services make Arcoservizi a top-level multiutility enterprise in northern Italy.

Getech designs and builds thermal power plants, cogeneration systems, district heating systems, air conditioning, ventilation and lighting systems.

Correggio Condotte deals with infrastructures and is specialized in laying gas, water pipes, etc.
