CCPL - Gruppo industriale cooperativo

This area includes various different subsidiaries, affiliates and associated companies that provide services for personnel administration, staff selection and supply for temporary work requirements, training, etc. Participation in Obiettivo Lavoro, the first wholly Italian and cooperative labour agency, is an important feature of this particular area. CCPL is also involved in the management of OL Group through participation in Tangram (enterprise in which Coop Consumatori Nordest, Novacoop and Coopsette hold a stake), which shares the controlling functions with Omnium, a company controlled by Cooperativa Team Service. The financial statements of OL Group cannot be consolidated owing to this corporate organization, but they are still presented to the members for their information.

OBIETTIVO LAVORO
This Group comprises 20 labour agency enterprises of which 11 situated in Italy and 9 abroad. Staff recruitment, selection and supply are its core-business. The company was re-organized in 2012 with massive use of the web regarding relations with customer companies, candidates and workers, as is the trend at international level. The range of activities will be increased in 2013 through alliances and acquisitions, re-qualification actions and cost reductions but, above all, through an intense innovation strategy achieved by enhanced presence in the foreign markets (Latin America, Poland, Romania) and by the establishment of 2 new companies, OL Web and Hivejobs, to integrate and progressively transfer the core-business personnel recruitment and supply services to the web.

Athenia Net is the enterprise in the Information Technology sector that develops computer-aided facility management systems and provides ICT services to all the group member companies.
