The Fresh Food Packaging division manufactures and markets containers for fresh foods and delicatessen products throughout Europe. Partner of the large-scale distribution and agri-food industry, Coopbox Group is the leading enterprise of the area that also includes Poliemme, Coopbox Eastern (Slovakia), Promatec (France), Coopbox Hispania and Dynaplast (Spain).
This division is more in keeping with the history of CCPL and includes enterprises that supply the building industry with aggregates and insulating materials. CCPL Inerti has a vast number of quarries and plants that cover the entire area of Emilia, and produces sand, gravel, concrete and asphalt. The Porto Torres factory of Isolanti Italiani in Sardinia manufactures sheeting for thermal insulation in buildings, marketed throughout Italy with the Isolex trademark.
Energy Group Spa distributes and markets petroleum-based products on both a wholesale and retail basis. Energy Group is the leading enterprise of a group to which subsidiaries Enercoop and Eurocap Petroli belong.
This division includes the undertakings that build and manage technological systems, heating and electrical systems and that supply gas and water. The leading enterprise is Gesta, partner of public authorities and large private companies for the construction and management of these facilities. Arcoservizi, which deals with heat management for the residential and private market in the metropolitan areas of North Italy, and Correggio Condotte, specialized in the construction and maintenance of gas and water supply systems, both belong to this area.
This division includes certain of the Group’s subsidiaries from various different sectors, ranging from Information Technology to staff selection and supply.
The very well structured Property and Project Financing area includes Resta srl, upon which ownership of real estate belonging to the Group and meant for sale depends, special purpose entities held by the CCPL Group, PFM (Project Financing Management), which currently comprises Resta and Gesta on an equal basis and whose mission is to finance and manage all the project initiatives promoted in the renewable energy sector, and Città Due.
